These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Endeavor platform, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service") provided by Endeavor Financial Technologies ("Endeavor," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of the United States, and authorized to act on behalf of any business you register on the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

2. Pre-Launch Notice

The Service is currently in pre-launch development. Some features may be illustrative and not yet operational. Financial product offerings, pricing, and underwriting decisions shown in the Service are subject to change and are not binding offers of credit until you have completed an application and received written approval.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Banking Services

Banking services, where offered, are provided by our sponsor bank partners and not by Endeavor directly. Deposit accounts are subject to the sponsor bank's terms and FDIC insurance limits.

5. Lending Services

Loan products are offered subject to underwriting and credit approval. Rates, fees, and terms vary by product and applicant. Estimated rates shown prior to a complete application are illustrative only and not binding.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endeavor disclaims all express and implied warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
